Dear TomHa,
Argh.. I just love the Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day. Somehow, it just fits in with my life so perfectly. Like this line especially:
My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
'Til then I walk alone

Watched Kingdom of Heaven today and I am seriously wondering why anyone is saying that it is a lousy movie. Although I must agree that Ridley Scott had maked the movie too politically correct, that Orlando Bloom should be the one shooting arrows in behind the walls instead of directing the battle, that Liam Neeson looked more like wielding a light sabre as he did in the Star Wars Part I: Pantom Menace than wielding the sword (High Guard always!), that you expect orcs to rush out of the siege towers than muslims, generally, it is still quite good lah. Haha. Liam Neeson always plays a character that dies too early before he gets to see his protege makes it successfully. Anywhere, I think the best character in the movie must be Salahaddin...
Muslim Warmonger : "We should fight them. Allah will protect us!"
Salahaddin:" How many wars had you all won before I came?"
Warmonger:"Not many, but that is because God had ordained that we lose the war!"
Salahaddin:"No! That's because you all are unprepared!"

Balain:" How much is Jerusalem worth to you?"
Salahaddin:" Nothing.."
Walk a few steps, turns back,
"Everything!"

Alright, I realise it is not really funny over here...
